Meet Matt Stranberg
As long as I can remember, I have always been interested in how the world works. At first, I channeled this passion through my studies of history and philosophy but as a lifelong athlete, I eventually applied this lens to nutrition and exercise.
I immediately fell in love, devoting my education to training and coaching elite athletes. Spending my undergraduate and graduate school years at UMass Amherst, Harvard and Columbia University, I studied and worked with some of the best athletes, coaches and teams in the world.
I was granted the opportunities to learn from the best and standing on the shoulders of giants helped me understand the methods that work as well as how to avoid common pitfalls that prevent people from reaching their goals.
With over a decade of experience in the field, I have cofounded research based programs and initiatives to treat athletes struggling with eating disorders, and aim to distill the knowledge and wisdom needed to translate nutrition and exercise science into practical solutions to help you achieve your dreams.
